at rediff i have found reviews being too harsh on movies, i dont know what the reviewers expectations are... anywayz movie is too good and definitely worth a watch, big B is amazing and everybody else also has acted very well... i am sure movie is a block buster, a good family entertainer...
I was in london whn i read the review you people put for sarkar..i was quite disappointed altho being an ardent ab and jr ab fan..i expected miracles..i came back..and voila!!! all of delhi si raving abt sarkar and the commendable performance..even i d watch it over and over again..i watched virudhh and i d say the same...all the actors get deep into the skin of their characters..!!
commendable performance by one all....nt to miss sanju baba and ab!!

I agree with you guys. The reviews we get at rediff are nothing more than a piece of crap. Some time back I read a review about the movie Batman Begins, it said Batman Begins is the worst of all the batman movies. Then a few days later I read a Box Office report and it said Batman Begins' first week box office collections exceed those of Spiderman. And when I saw that movie, I was very sure "when rediff review says "NO" it means "YES"(in fact you must watch that movie)" Even now I read the rediff movie reviews but only trust the replies posted by its readers. So readers, keep up the good work.
I am definetly going to watch the movie no matter what you guys says, beacause, going by your reviews, I am pretty sure that this one is good. As far as I am concerned, you No means Yes and you Bad means Good.

Exactly! I havent seen the movie and i do not want to comment on the review. However, when Main Hoo Naa was released, I remember the first para full of big words that rediff had in its review. They said, it's an all-in-one/once in a lifetime/most masaledar movie of all. It was so so so so so exaggerated. The movie was a holy crap, and goes on to prove that the reviewer is biased for SRK movies.
I saw 'Viruddh' today in theatres and it is really a well made Family drama. Sanju's role and acting is breathtaking. I don't have to comment about Big B acting. Its understood.
The story line is also something very different. I thought it may be similar to 'Saaransh', 'Ek Raasta', 'Waqt' etc. But I was surprised to know that it doesn't resemble any of the family dramas released so far. You need to see it to believe it.
Your review of 'Viruddh' is far from reality. After your negative articles about 'BLACK', 'WAQT', 'SARKAR' and now 'VIRUDDH' all viewers have now realized that your reviewers are bunch of sold out 'STRAY DOGS' to KHAN community. You will never hesitate to write excellent reviews for all of flop movies of KHAN's, and -ve comments for best of the best Big B movies.
You have lost credibilty as the leading newspaper, because of your movie reviews. We don't expect to change your attitude either, because we have started believing exactly opposite to what ever you say.
Again Big B movies proves that he is BIG
