Congratulations to Saif and Madhur for getting the awards! Thanks to stupidity of the judges. May more and more undeserved work be recognized year of year and the deserving buried. It will add good value to the National Awards which we all can be proud of and showcase them across the world. Good work guys keep it up!!!
i think the choice of the commitee fr the best actor was nt right..sharukh should got the award fr the powerful performance he'd done in SWADES..i should also say that saif is one of the talented actors ..but his performance in the film humtum doesnt deserve such a credit..
Seems that film jury has turned into nothing but a bunch of puppets. Saif winning national award for his chocolate performance, which cant be even remotely compared with some other actors (like Mammooty) in the regional movies is the best thing to laugh about. For those who expressed their desire for Rani to have been selected as the best actress, lemme say that "plz dont become frogs in a well".

Saif - His mother is there in the censor board. He is not a natural actor. He has become a actor by choice - courtesy his background. He had realised that he had no recourse in life except to make a living by trying to act.
Madhur - Such a tainted person getting a National award - crap.

For al those who saw 'HumTum'-my sincere apologies, n for al those who think he'deserves' this award-pls care to have a better choice. I dunno who al were d nominees but Saif at any given point of time would DEFINATELY have been undeserving. Mom Sharmila, a piece of advice- i know u want to encourage ur son, but there r other ways of doing it. Playing politics to grab a role is stil pardonable but this is outrightly cheap. N we usually dont associate tht word with u, so pls live up to tht. And ya, now i know y Aamir khan shuns award ceremonies...
HOw can Saif Ali Khan get national award that too fOr a movie like Hum Tum. He was quite irritating in the movie , and its aLL because Of Rani the movie is watch able.He was nominated in the category Of Comedian in FiLmfare for Hum Tum .Good Heavens!! This shouldnt be called National Award cause undeserving people get awards. I really feel pity that the prestigious award of our country has become so easily available. Now the award has lost its value. I doubt who were the Judges.i think Pankaj Kapur should have won .
