it should be their sons and daughters to whom this role is given...n they can really do this role confidentally..rather other actor may have trouble or problems....songs should be same dialogue should be same...sights and scene should be same..because it name remake of sholay......
My ideal cast for the remake of sholay, which the director RGV should definately take into consideration if he ever read this are as follows:
Jai: Abieshak B, because he has a serious/understanding look to him which is how jai was in the movie (like he was in dhoom has a sense of humor but serious as well)
Veeru: aamir khan/said ali khan.because either or they both are really easy going and funny how veeru was in the movie.
Thakur: Amitab can play this role since he has to be in the movie because he just does. Thakur was an older man that was still courageous at the end when he kicked gabbars ass and I think this role would suit him.
Radha: vidiya balan, because radha was a plain simple widow u cant put a hot girl Basanti:Rani mukherji because she def. has a bubbly, innocent look to her and she can act it well too like basanti did..
Gabbar: I know everyone wants to see amitab as gabbar and hes an amazing actor but he cant play a big bad don in mumbai (thats where I heard the movie will take place)...no one can play an amazing and convincing bad guy like Sanjay Dutt hes just amazing and he does it with style.
