I advise people not to watch this movie. It sux. total wastage of money and time. Only Sanjay Dutt has performed 2 an extent. Aish is horrible ,she should know exposing is not d key 4 her. zayed looks like a kid in front of Aish. Sanjay looks like Aish;s Dad. Wat rubbish star Cast.
Well, I haven't watched the film yet, but this is not about the film. This is about the review. I just wanted to say that Sukanya has the makings of a good film review writer (I wouldn't term her as a CRITIC yet). There are places in her prose which are refreshing, and I am glad there is finally someone who is writing for reasons more than to just fill up pages and submit stipulated numbers of words. Way to go!
There is no other way to describe this horrible movie. A complete waste of time, energy and money. This review is nothing but a pretentious attempt at trying lend a meaning to something at its very core meaningless. Frankly reviewing such a movie shows the lack of options in the reviewer's life. And my reviewing this review shows how damaging watching Shabd has been to my psyche.
It shall take several boxes of liqeuor chocolates to get over this traumatic experience. If you are in love with Aishwarya Rai and are looking to quit... this may be you chance.
Thought the review is quite balanced, but to a compulsive movie watcher like me, the movie sucks. Though the styling, in terms of presentation,is quite impressive yet the story/script is too difficult to digest.
After few minutes it becomes test of your patience. Till the time movie ends you feel like been a complete insane.
Movie seems to be confused in terms of its target audience masses v/x classes and at the end of the day it couldn't serves both the categories.
Sanju is good no doubt about it.But it is Ash who has startled everyone by the realistic acting. Never has she exposed like this, even in Bride and Prejudice; where she could have exposed to any level being a English film eith foregn co star. Let us see how the film succeeeds at the box office.
