Bluffmaster is a great Entertainer. It really bluffs you at the end in a very dramatic climax. You need to see the movie (in big theatre) to really enjoy the comic scenes and very distictive Characterisation of SONGS.
bluffmaster is a pure entertainer. the whole movie has been made so properly. this is one of those movies where everybody in the team has done a great job. all actors were great. music was mind blowing and dialogues were complete dhamal. and the way they used the music in background, especially when priyanka comes in they play this tune in background that was just superb.
In early sixties, Manmohan Desai made his Bluffmaster with Shammi kapoor in the lead,. The film is still fresh in our memory for that popular song Govinda aala re.. and went on to become a hit. Then in 1976 Mehmood made a film Sabse Bada Rupaiya in which he himself sung that popular title song , which also turned out to be a hit besides the film.then followed Do Aur Do Panch the Amitabh Bachchan Shashi kapoor film which also turned out to be a hit. Now, the makers of Sholay; yes, Ramesh Sippy the producer and the young Sippy, Rohan, instead of offering something fresh, just copied the original hit films name and remixed the two hit films songs and presented it in the form of old wine in a new bottle to the new generation. But, that did not taste well. The reason being, high expectations from the filmmakers. And, why not ? After watching the trailers and promos on television, anyone would have expected it to be a neatly made action packed comedy film. But, it has turned out to be a big disappointment; for the manner in which the film has been handled. ....................................
The movie was nice , finally the bollywodd dares to try something different and more imporantly succeeds.Abhishek simply "rocks" Nana chips in with a nice comic character.
