I am an avid fan of Madam Re since 1984. I adore her a lot and I am thankful to you for having got this article on the Net. I too happened to watch her interview on Star. In fact I should say that I have seen both her interviews,including the one on DD way back in 1984.
When her latest and I hope her last interview was telecast, I was unable to watch it at home, as I am a chennaite and we face CAS problem. So, I went and sat in the cable operator's room on both the days and watched the interview.

Hi Rekhaji, Im writing this from the UK where your interview with Simi aired a while ago. It was long awaited and simply wonderful. It was essential viewing and boy was I excited. You looked every inch a timeless and classic star..one with a big heart and lots of praise and kind words for those who are important to you. I watched both episodes and recorded the hour long one...of course I have heaps to say to you...maybe inshallah, one day we can sit and have a coffee or a chai...(that'll be the day i hear you say, im in the UK ha ha). Anything is possible and as long as theres life there hope. Can I ask, will there ever be an offical 'Rekha' website? There are many fansites but there not updated frequently enough.You must do one so we can all get a dose of all things Rekha!
