I'm a great fan of yours. I've seen each and every movie of yours. I never ever do miss your movie--- and i think the characters you have played so far in each of your movie, couldn't have better be played by any ohter heroines. To me, your acting every time has helped to enrich the portrayed character of all the story writers, script wtiters everytime. You have much potential rekhaji! Your acting has infused lives into the portrayals of all your characters.
And to speak of personally, i do adore you rekhaji for your strentgh, your confidence, your hardword. Ijust adore you. You are my childhood idol!!! Here's something i want you to know,,, whenever i thought to be a journalist, i thought my career will be unfullfilled without an interview of --" REKHA ".
I don't know if I really want to know about your life story. I admire you as an actress. I think you and Savitri (Telugu Star) are the two artists that can say volumes without saying --- with body language and through your eyes. Color and weight barriers were broken by you two (unfortunately, today's audience is obsessed with white skin and gyrating bodies to acting). I believe most of the directors have not really tapped into your enormous talent, completely. I always boasted about your talent to my friends (I made them watch Umraoo Jaan and Ijaazat) here in this country. If anybody, you deserve to represent India in international film.
With this interview we get a peek at your human side. You are a real person, artiste and a real real STAR. Those that think film stars are not human, don't have lives of their own will find out that they could be just as lonely (may be more) and they do have their insecurities and fears like any one of us. In your case, you did not fold when chips were down. I wish you good luck. I don't get to see the interview, but am hoping you will say woman in herself is complete without a man in her life.
