Munnabai MBBS was one of all those things in a movie .. emotion , laughter, enjoyment. Munnabai MBBS was a treat to watch. I think this was one of the best movies this year !

An individual goes to the theatre for entertainment , 3 hrs of relaxing where he can forget about the whole world and be himself. Well Mu..MB.. did it for me.
Yes, he cant' do a koi mil gaya, or a munna bhai, but can the others do a ddlj or kkhh. I dont think he deserved an award for devdas, but hey..where was the competition??? I would be upset if shahrukh doesnt win an award this year.

It's high time Filmfare makes U-Turn.Shah Rukh Khan ironically never gets an award for good performances(Hey Ram,Maya Memsaab)but gets it only for these clowny blockbusters to make the audience happy.The award as such has no significance of late.Every time it is so predictable and unfair.This year it is Ajay Devgan without doubt.
Kajol for instance is a very good actress,but giving her the flimfare for K3G in the presence of Tabu(Chandni Bar) and Urmila(Pyar Tune....)was a blow.Just because K3G was a huge successsdoen't really mean it was a film that sweeps awards too.This year it must be Urmila Matondkar.She was grossly underrated as a performer but last year she proved people wrong.
The Best Film Category(and consequently director) is equally bad.Of course when Karan Johar is there in the jury,people related to him need not worry.
I hope it changes this year to be fair.Devgan or Bacchan for actor and "undoubtadly" Urmila Matondkar must get it for actress.However it won't be that way as you say.I was not a big fan of hers,but she certainly got me as one of them after her very good and consistent performances last year.
Zinta may be refreshing,but it stops there.She's not bad,but not an ounce of Matondkar either.Freshness is no critera for a performance oriented award.
But finally,Filmfare will remain for the "populars" as always.Shame.
Shahrukh khan Deserves best actor Award. he is best actor in country today. i Don't know yyyy people r very much jealous of his fame. SRK is the best. we can see the polls of filmfare.com where his share for the best actor is 52 % and Santabanta.com polls for the best actor almost 50 %.

Nonsense! He only needs a big banner film to make a film a HIT, and look at Salman Khan, he can make a HIT from a small or big banner film. SRK doesn't deserve the award, he's getting repetitive. Just because he cries and dies in the film, doesn't entitle him an award! People like you makes us want to stop watching Indian films cause you only look at SRK to give the good films and get the awards. While look at movies like 3 Deewarien and Pinjar, I don't know why the people of India can make those films a HIT, but whenever SRK comes they go to him. I 'll never underestimate his star power, and he is a good actor, I'll never deny that. But people come on, he doesn't deserve it. Be honest people, anyone can play SRK for KHNH, he had a heart problem who dies in the film, wow! That's so touching, yeah right! Can SRK play Hrithik role in KMG, or Sanjay Dutt for Munnabhai, or even Salman Khan role in Tere Naam. No its cause he only needs people like Karan Johar to come to his rescue. People he never deserve the best actor for devdas, and remember how much people wrote in to complain. You people make me sick, when u say SRK always deserve the award for best actor.
All i can say is...i have noticed that you rediff people definately have something against shah rukh khan. The whole team never looses a chance to put him down. Always associcate negative points with him. I totally agree what you have to say about amir,salman, hrithik.In one of the coluns you criticised SRk for giving hits only with the chopra's and johar's.then you praised hrithik to the skies very conveniently forgetting that even hrithik also gave hits only with his father. Saif was good no doubt in KHNH, but the movie would've collapsed without SRK. It wouldnt be one of the most anticipated movies and it wudnt have been such a big sucess without SRK.
Even with the awards race column, you chose to criticise SRK first. Why did you have to go back in histroy and talk against all the filmfare awards he received? Are you trying to say he wasnt good in baazigar, ddlj etc. O cmon ..plz grow up guys. Agreed he is getting repetative though he has tried doing different movies like darr,asoka,PBDHH,josh etc .Dont go all out to just hilite a few negative points. Stop including tit bits that try to pull him down in every column of yours. All yorue other articles news, sports are fine.
