This is all what you exclaim after watching this cop flick which is not the same run-of-the-mill stuff being offerend in every other film. Everything about the film right from the screenplay, direction, background score, action are simply superb. Worth watching. Go for it!!!
the three A's are fantastic. usually a film of cops and same rajniti dosen't work but the direction stands out. no wonder AB has given his future film to santoshi. amitabh excels in his role. akshay has come a long way in timing of his comic. and lastly ajay devgan looks scarier than the bhoot in "bhoot". he has a secret "gangajal" to be a "legend"ary actor. the "zameen" on which he is standing is absolutely "qayamat".

I do agree with u indeed a fabulous actor with so much of originality its so easy to find duplicates like shahrukh khan who always beleive in doing kuch kuch hota hain rahter than the excellent reality movie gangaajal kudos to ajay keep up the good work for ur the best
What a class movie..All characters play their part well and do justice to the movie. No one is shown having a larger than life image..not Amitabh, nor the Politicians, and not even Ajay Devgan. A slick movie made with sense. The only flaw in the movie which I think is that only 2 vehicles are taking Ansari through one Godforsaken Route. It is pretty unbelievable that such a dreaded Gangster bcuz of whom more than 50 ppl. died should be taken with such minimal security. BUT ALL SAID AND DONE..MAGNIFICENT MOVIE..A MUST WATCH
Three days ago I had posted my comments in response to this review. I have no idea why it was not published. Is it because of my asking whether the reviewer was promoting the movie.
I am saddened at the fact that khakee is getting such good reviews. It has its excellent moments, yes, and i saw the public enjoyed it, but i still found it to be an out and out akshay kumar show. he was the best. amitabh is good but overdoes it a few times. in fact, ajay has done much better then amitabh. aishwarya was unconvincing. since i had guessed the "surprise", i didn't find it all that exciting. the film could have been much better than this. Of course, the climax was great. the songs were good but unnecessary. Tushhar has to learn to deliver dialogues. Overall, I loved the film in parts and hated it in parts... Excellent directon and screenplay... good script... but a lot of overacting... too much of a hype... i would prefer watching ek hasina thee a third time than this movie... i didn't find it a must-watch and will not recommend it becaue it is extremely unrealistic in almost all the scenes.
Its been quite a long time since i have seen a quality film. Khakee is more than just another commercial film..a welcome change from the pseudo punjabi family tales that lead nowhere and dont reflect anything good about our culture. I wish we had more daring directors like Santoshi and mani ratnam who take topical themes and turn them into films that also convey a message.
