actually it's a bundle.1 can never expect this from a director like raj kumar santoshi.after all he is an indian director.it does not mean any offence.but if it w'd have been given to Ramu it w'd have superb one. the twist in the in the film is so idiotic.

Khakee is very good film, but in the action film there need in Sunny Deol in Rajkumar Santoshi, Why Santoshi not take to sunny Deol in this film. in the next film santoshi ji please take to sunny in your action packed fil.
Khakee is boring bcoz of Amitab Bachhan.all others are very bad.akshay kumar and ajay devgan are not even close to srk.Shah Rukh should have been there.He is god of actors even better than hollywood peoples.SRK in khakee would have been so nice and amitab bacchan would have learnt something from srk as he is king khan.he has proved again his kingness with kal ho na ho..he will get filmfare again

I just cant believe that someone can compare amitabh and ajay with SRK...just tell me what has SRK done except for Haklana, rona and dhona...he is being doing the same thing since his DDLJ days...just give me one film's name where he has done sth different, then i will agree with u... Take amitabh...look at him in Bhagwan( a father), KKKG(a stubborn businessman), Khakee( an honest officer)..what a variation...look at ajay, gaangajaal( an honest officer), khakee(a dishonest and bad cop)...just look at his ability to act..and SRK.?..can u give me one film's name where he has tried to act differnt?

Stop your nonsense, ok! You are comparing Amitabh with SRK! I am a die hard SRK fan, but stop this nonsense plz and do something else other than reviewing! Amitabh is marvellous as DCP Anant Shrivastav and is mind blowing! Also, SRK could not have pulled off the role of Akshay or Ajay with ease at all! He's for the romantic sweet lollypop love stories! He's stereotyped and I find no fault in it.. But stop this nonsense that SRK should have been in this movie and he'd have done better than Ajay, Akshay or Amitabh!

My Dearest Anu, Thank god that your beloved SRK wasn't there in Khakee. The whole movie would have been spoiled for me if I had spotted dear old "Ham-Khan" in even a single scene of the movie. And as far as comparing SRK with Amitabh is concerned, just forget it. There can be no comparision of a jackal with a lion. Do I need to say more? Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar, whatever be their faults at least don't ever ham. But the thing that really gets my ire is your comparing "Kal Ho Na Ho" with "Khakee". The former is one of the worst movies of the entire century. Your stupid SRK had to take half an hour to die, of course first he made sure that the audience died after watching his usual hamming. Thank god for Amitabh Bacchan and Rajkumar Santoshi for giving some respite from the usual KHNH type of rubbish!

I respect your feelings for SRK !! you don't see SRK here as the movie is not directed by a Yash Chopra or a Karan Johar with whom he gives hits , neither did the movie promised of any great music or any hamming scenes than how do you expect to sign a movie even if he were offered a role in it. but my sincere opinion is in the movie at the most he could had been offered the role of Tushar Kapoor that's it because forget Amitabh Bachan , Ajay Devgan he couldn't even live upto Akshay's performance in the movie..
thanks rajkumar santoshi for not offering SRK the role in this movie!!

Yes SRK will buy the filmfare award this time also but at his age even if Amitabh is nominated for it , it is a shame for the younger generation of actors..
BTW , amitabhs performance in Khakee won't threaten SRK for the FF awards as both movies were released in different years ( KHNH in 2003 & Kha.. in 2004 ) albeit Amitabh in Baghban will continue to threaten SRK till the awards.
also if you remember , SRK tried to manipulate the release of Khakee with the international distributors of khakee rather than negotiating with his movies producers that is how big a manipulator he is !!
This year whatever movie Karan Johor or Yash Chopra come up with for SRK Aamir / Amitabh / Ajay devgan is going to win the FF Award & perhaps Aamir the much awaited national award for his movie Rising !!
The review of the movie is utter crap ! Last night I had been for the movie after reading the review on this site .... what a dissapointment it was. I think the guy who has written the review has some stake in it or has been given a good treatment by Rajkumar Santoshi ! I felt it was too nerrative & Amitabh had this penchant to give lectures ! All in all a disaster & wont last the first month .....
BTW I a a great fan of AB, but this movie was a disaster !

Who is dis Anu what does she know about ACTING AND FILM MAKING. hER View is vitiated bu personal bias and parochial understanding and i can even say that she is anti Bachchan. D movie wud b nothing without d legend. What is Shah Rukh khan, sorry not an actor, but a hammer. Amitabh Bachchan is not only d gr8est actor of all time but the only mega superstar one cud ever c. khakee is a good movie. Each actor gets to have his moment. Amitabh just keeps getting better. Undoubtedly he is the Best. No other actor today can even come close. His biggest competition is with himself. Each actor in the movie has done a good job except Aishwarya, beauty can never be used as an excuse for bad acting but the public and filmmakers don't seem to learn, they seem to excuse her terrible acting or lack of it because of her good looks. The songs by themselves are good but so not required in the movie. Thanks Raj Santoshi I've watched most of your movies, I really appreciate the versatality in your movies. Looking forward to your next one.
When I entered the cinema hall, I had no expectations about the movie seeing the fate of some not so successful previous Santoshis films; only the AB as police office factor led me to it. Surprisingly, till the interval the fast moving movie made me glued to my seat; but then the same old plot of bad politicians and corrupt officers was revealed and I started losing interest in the movie expect for the performance of Amitabh; then again at the climax, the film came up from getting drowned due to the changed plot and strong individual performances. When I came out of the hall, I was a bit more satisfied if not in very appraisive mood. The use of Aish in the movie was only proved at the end. Tushar acted better than expected and then the two police constables also performed brilliantly; now there is a movie which considers the role of a constable also important. Akki n Devgan were there usual self. Say anything about AB may sound coming out of prejudice but after a long time, Amitabh is being explored of his aggressive acting. This movie is bound to go long but will it reach a milestone is question of future.
I am one of the few lucky people to have watched this movie... and to be frank I am surprised to realise that India is finally meeting the Hollywood standards when it comes to action thrillers. This movie has all the ingrdients to make it to the best movies ever made in bollywood. Each character is etched out in such minute detail, dialogues that hit home..and how... The cast is just apt for the roles and they have indeed given thier best.
I would not say this is just an "Amitabh" movie... every character has his moment of fame.. but AB and Ajay Devgan perfomances where right from the top drawer. same goes for Akki and Ash. Tushar seems to improving day by day, but given the role, he too stands apart.
Kudos to RKS and his team for making such a classic movie. I am eagerly waiting his next flick...
For those yet to watch the movie... dont waste your time reading the reviews. You would surely ike to watch this movie again ...and again... so better start NOW !!!. The earlier the better !!!!!
Dear Amitji , congrats for screen award for Jodi no. 1. It was nice to see you with Hema ji after a long time but Public wants to see you again with Rekhaji . Still we have not forgetten your superhit film Muqadar Ka Siqandar with Rekhaji
