the film has taken many scenes from kakka kakka a tamil film made on the same subject jeopardising the prospect of remaking it in hindi. the rights were bought by feroze khan,poor fellow he cant make it now. fardeen was supposed to do it. he has lost a hit. the original was inspired by 7 the hoolywood thriller. any how the man from LA should have done something like Martin Scorsece or Coppola. y shd he copy from poor tamil counterparts. better luck nxt time Amin
I would recommend the film to any one who likes good films.
One wouldn't crib about the film for sure,coz not once does it go over board or lax anywhere.Superb performances and fine direction by Shimit Amin,make Ab Tak 56 a treat to watch.Nana Patekar revamped--RGV at his great job again!Outstanding.
