Come on! Sukanya Verma is way off! The music was fantastic, and very emotionally stimulating. I found the soundtrack to be exceptional in this film, just like every aspect of it. Far better than the rubbish in Main Hoon Na.
look.. im not a film critic but i do know a good movie when i see one.. and this one really dissapointed me.. The expectations created by promo were very high mainly bcoz the mellow sounds meshing with distortion created a adrenaline rush making u jump up and go watch this movie.. but farhan failed to pump any excitement during the movie.. just when the war scenes started getting interesting.. preity jumped in and those endless stares between her and hrithik were painful to the exasperated viewer...
Music was kinda O.K., i wont jump and call them AWESOME just coz u throw in country western on the backdrop of lodhi gardens with a babe dressed like she is going for a anti-vietnam war rally (farhan..what happened dude?)
awright.. bright side..!! honest effort.. movie could have been made MUCH MUCH better if it had more GRIP!!
but it was a start to a new genre of movies.. the kind india should improvise rather than clone from the west..
Im jus waiting for the movie to release..i myself is much tensed than Hrithik himself..i dnt want this movie to flop as this is all about WAr..THis shd hi the box office better than Dil Chahta hai..ive been passing on msgs all over the world to all ma pals to watch the movie on 18th itself..Hrithik i jus luv the way u make dance moves..
it is a very good variation by farhan akthar.it will surely be ahit film . i am looking forward to it . the music besides the title track lakshya, main aisa kyun, agar mein kahu is not good
The album begins with the popular "Main aisa kyon hoon" song.The lyrics by Javed Akhtar are good and are easy to grasp and the song is very catchy. The technical music instruments make the song eligible for more than one listenings. The second song "Agar main kahoon" is the surprise package of the album.The use of guitar in the background makes the song different from the regular Hindi film tunes.Udit Narayan proves himself once again.The song is easy on the ears and is very pleasing. The third song "Kitni Baatein" is good but young people will not appreciate it too mutch.The song is high on emotional value. The next song "Lakshya" is also good and carries the soul of the film in itself.The use of the chopper's sound makes the song very authentic.Shankar Mahadevan's voice injects enthusiasm in the song. The next song "Kandhon se milte hain kandhe" is patriotic in flavour.Though the song is well written and beautifully sung by various artists it does not makes the impact made by the patriotic numbers of "Haqeeqat" & "Border".The two instrumental songs are ok.They may make impact in the movie. Overall the album is good .
