What can be said about the Judicial System, which cannot give JUST Ruling. Sad commentory on our Judicial System.
Anywhere else he would have been charged, tried and sentenced for Driving Under Influence, Vehicular Man-slaughter, Endangorment of Public Safety, Fleaing site of Accident, False Statements and whatever other Laws apply to this type of crime.
Any other Normal Citizen would have been taken to Police Station, Beaten, Signed Confession taken, Tried and Sentenced.
Only in our Country can Money buy person out of Jail.
There is no justice in India....i think this has become a common thing in India now....murderers go scot free and are amongst one of the highly respected members of the Indian society.
How can a person who has killed someone by driving in a total drunk state go scot free.
It is a matter of immense sorrow to read the news about the above mentioned subject. It is a yet another example of an influential and rich person getting scottfree of such grave charges like negligence causing death of another person. It is surely because of his influence or richness or misuse of power that he has managed to appease or coerce the concerned officials in favour of his decision. It is highly disppointing.
This is a clear case of unjustice, One that was influenced by the social stature of Salman. the judges should become wiser and Let justice be available alike to, to the rich and poor , to the humble and influential, to the majority and minority only then the justice system will carry some meaning
Why in our country law is not equal to every individual? law for VIPs, politician is different than for common man.if a common man even touches his car during accident he is punished. Here humen lives were lost, but our law do not under stand the importance of life. If common man even fights , or caught carrying small knif he will charged TADA? Why is it so?Now where are human right people, Shabana Azmi?Is she not interested because Salman is from her profession. it shound change and common man has to raise a voice against it.
