I like the way faisal has presented the interview...Q & A format looks very mechanical...It's important to let the readers know about the body language of the interviewee and the thought process of the interviewer...because sometimes, things that have not been said are more important than what have been...congrats faisal for the refreshing style...As regards Mallika, there's nothing new...A young actress trying to break into Bollywood...familiar story that....
"I am here to be an actress," she says, when asked if she will ever do an item number in movies. "And I will never do it." In the Kareena Kapoor-starrer Jeena Sirf Merre Liye, Mallika had done an item number, which remained on the editing table.
I would ask this young kid with her bold views on human sexuality to use the notoriety she's generating, for a worthier cause than just promoting her skinflick. Why not spread the message of birth-control and safe sex in the younger generation? Maybe she can utilise the services of this Haryana Mahila Mandal.
Definitely, this is not our Indian culture! World respects our nation, because of our rich cultural values. Newly married couple do kiss, but not in public. There is no need to show the intimate scenes of sex on the screen. This trend pollutes the minds of young people. This trend of exhibiting sex in public is of western culture. Let's not copy the west. How do we differentiate us from the rest of the world, when we show sex publicly? What are we going to achieve by doing this? Let's be Indians!
