I liked this article as i am a die-hard fan of AAA, its an awesome comedy. I have seen this movie more than 100 times and watch atleast one scene of this movie everyday on my pc. I liked Aamir Khan and Paresh Rawal the most in this movie. Others like Salman, Raveena, Viju Khote and Crime master Thakti Kapoor have also done well, but paresh and aamir were just fantabulous. The script of the movie is very good, though the story is not much different but the way Rajkumar Santoshi has presented it is just too good. At no point in the movie does anyone gets bored, even the songs are enjoyable. Almost all the scenes of the movie are gr8.
I am an Andaz Apna Apna fanatic...and i only got as far as the first mistake in the article. Amar's father had a hair salon and Prem's father had a Tailor shop. Not a Bangle shop and a Hair salon as mentioned. The Bangle shop is what Amar promises his Barber shop owner father.
The movie made wonders, was a taotal outburst and a hillarious movie ever made after the legend Hrishikesh Mukherjee's namely Golmaal, chupke chupke and many more,and Namak Halaal. Aamir was at his best, and Salman also proved his comeback after Maine Pyaar Kiya, i myself have watvhed this movie almost 6 to 7 times twice have seen in theatre and rest on cable...
Andaz Apna Apna is my favourite film. It is the best film i have ever seen in my life.. Aamir Khan and Salman Khan did a wonderful job. Kudos to Sukanya Verma for writing about Andaz Apna Apna.. it is indeed a classic film. a movie which can be seen 100 times and so on.. will anyone Make another Andaz Apna Apna ? i guess no... A classic film ....
Hi i totally agree with this article..its the funniest movie ever made..i love the scene when amar tells the hotel manager that he has no place to live and he has old mother and widow sister,who meet their ends to sustain him, and the manager imagining about it..even shakti kapoor's crime master gogo was hit in our REC (suratkal)in movie spoofs,whenever the movie came on cable, our TV room use to be full crowded,unlike most of the times.
hi, i totally agree with the author... i think few of the well made comedies in Hindi cinema... I must have seen the movie 25-30 times. But it never tires me out and brings lot of laughter and relaxes the mind. Paresh Rawail is absolutely brilliant along with Aamir and Salman. Cheers to Raj Kumar Santhoshi. Ciao, Sriram
My ONLY favorite comedy film is Andaz Apna Apna. we all friend recollect the dialogues whenevr we talk about Andaz Apna Apna.. it was very good movie. I feel sad because movie did not do well at box office. but that because its video cassette was legally available very soon in the market.
I agree witht he author that AAA is the all time whackiest comedy....right from the begining till the end this film is a joyride...my favorite scene is when amar and prem go to rescue ramgopal bajaj ona luna.....i mean that scene had me in splits
