at last indians can be proud.the so-called indian popular cinema have got the recognition it deserved.the indian popular icon and heartthrob of indian populace will judge over the world cinema and would create new judgements and standards for world cinema to follow based on indian aesthetics.
I think the whole world is going crazy after Ash and dont think she deserves to be in the jury , I dont know which dummy selected her when there are so many senior actors in the film industry , People like Kamal Hassan are legends and deserve to be there but Ash , I hope she knows the spelling of "Acting" or atleast the "A" of it ??.
bollywood should be happy that cannes are recoginising them by inviting aishwarya in the jury.we should be proud of that but the invitation to aishwarya should raise many eyebrows.there are many actresses like shabana,jaya,rekha,and sreedevi who should have been given the honour.its too early to call aishwarya a great actress.devdas alone cannot put her in the bracket of the greatness.she is a beautiful doll.
