the unemployment is increasing. the present government is not doing any think for employment. stop blaming previous government. instead take measure to employ people, the government is changing law. technology is also creating unemployment. we should except technology which increase employment. technology creating unemployment should be stop.

Revenue of most of the IT companies have increased in the last 4 years but hiring has reduced. These companies want to earn more money with less resource. What the government can do ?
Appreciate the measures ti improve work culture, but first implement them in Govt. Depts, specially most / more / less corrupt departments in that order, with non-suspect-able penalties. Besides, reduce Govt. employment by 75%, driving everything online. Even exams without invigilators or paper verifications, but online choosing and marking for a specific time period like 3 hours, and results online on the same day.
must be removed in universities. People who research oriented and with academic excellence ( not less than distinction ) must be given teaching assignments with power to kick out bad students. reservations must be removed while selecting such teachers.
The trade union in back, tried to pull the string till it break. Due to this many industries winded up.
Second once you are permanent, you think you are protected by Union so you can do anything. I seen people neglecting the work and sleeping and doing stuff other than work for which they are hired. The output is also gets reduced. So the industry found the alternative, to hire on contract. This reduced the number of permanent employees slowly in every sector of the industry. This actually killed the labour industry. It benefit the owners since they don't have any overheads from contract employee. Secondly the population exploded like anything and cheap labour is available abundantly in industry also due to migration from villages to cities. This contract labour is not good and reduced labour strength is not good either. So this move of the government is good for both. Since the labour get assurance for job for some time, the owner gets the labour continuously without hiring on the daily bases.
I have seen people thronging to the gates of industries for contract or daily wage work more than required.
exactly...all the fool continue singing praises of modi bjp rss and see where you will end up...this govt is today running because of looting everything that nehru's congress govt created..this current govt cannot build or produce anything it can only destroy what is already built...so if you fools like bhakts and followers dont wake up and allow modi to win in 2019 the destruction will be total and beyond any repair and salvage...if modi comes to power again either there will be no election in 2024 with modi declaring himself PM for life or BJP govt in power for life or if he indeed condescends to take an election the voters dress code will be chanddi and banian...they wont have anything else left...

Sunil BJP is coming in 2019 with a thumping majority and there after for life. ofcourse you will be allowed to rant always
Continue to support and vote for BJP and such kind of reforms would continue to pour in and finally, one day, we would find all working class on roads (as beggars) ....
