Scam when & Where ?
by R K on Mar 01, 2018 11:56 AM  | Hide replies

The author has rightly pointed out about the RBIs responsibility and banking systems. But perhaps he appears to be anti PM and his honest governance. The scam was done in the past. Only now it has surfaced. And usually SCAMSTERS plan years ahead for their safety. They study and use System Loop-holes to their advantage........

Reports says that about 10-20% started in 2011 and after from 2014 onwards it has reached leaps and bounds through establishing fake companies by number of industrialist in line with MAKE IN INDIA PROCESS and got loans and lands easily and ultimately given negative results to the economy.

I too would agree. its another biased article where the interviewee fails to get to the roots and say that Congress nurtured Nirav Modi to bring it a multi-million dollar scam level, as they always believe in big when it comes to corruption! I didnt bother to read the article completely, as such fraudsters make their path as much watertight as possible and they are invincible to a great extent till the hands of kanoon can reach!

PNB received good amount of commission each year ( read somewhere Rs 10 cr per year) due to these LOUs. So it is impossible that bank management were not aware why these big incomes are coming and from where. I am sure they must be knowing source of these incomes and there must be some connection between bank's IT system and SWIFT system. Otherwise these incomes could not have been booked into the revenue

You know what some people are writing on social media and twitter. We expected Narendra Modi to deliver governance and punish corrupt like lee kuan yew did in singapore but instead we got a male version of Indira Gandhi in Narendra Modi. Remember even Mahathir Mohammed of Malaysia said we could not make our country corruption free and utterly clean like Singapore but what we achieved is cleaning the corruption at the top which hurts the economy and people. Today Malaysia has very cheap and affordable housing which is 5 times better than india and 3 times cheaper than mumbai with 3 times more salary. In India what modi did is clean very little corruption at bottom but at top people loot with impunity which hurt every segment and inflation. India will move or moving towards that crony capitalism where these businessmen will control politicians like puppets. Instead of strengthening institutions and making public sector strong we are going reverse.
