Fail to understand , so called experts. On one hand everyone including the so called experts, kept repeating implement the Swaminathan Commission report. Now when the govt, although late, is trying to implement it , all are now talking of economics , and the very same people who criticised the govt, for not taking any action. Now it becomes election stunt . So it is like this , karo ... toh get bashed and na karo... also get bashed. Better to do it and get bashed .

Vidwan Babuuuuu, see the reply if u understand...Gulati Sahib was at a position from 2001 to 2011 .He was Director at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) for more than 10 years but suddenly left(or removed) by UPA .What he has done so far is only on papers and writing ill against his masters. Can Firdaus tell we readers what are the significant achievements of Mr Gulati alongwith figures wherein he has really raised the standards of Farmers in India. The problem is that all sarkari employees without any real time exp and responsibility to deliver just want to TOM TOM on all matters. ANd platforms like rediff and Firdaus write all non sense/Mr Gulati what was your performance under UPA and how many farmers have made millions with your policy. Pl write all that. Jai Hind
