It is between 4.12 % to 42 % in but Government is announced that they have increase in 50 %. I do not reach at calculation of Government. It may be calculated by Smriti Irani?

Good Calculation. we do not have any renowned Economist We have all brainless ELECTED MP ,MLA. GOD BLESS WE INDIAN
don't care if it is an election gimmick. substantial msp (for paddy) hike was long overdue. modi did well to hike it by Rs 200/- per quintal. not enough but if the govt takes 1 step towards us we farmers shall take 10 steps towards him.

I have been reading Rediff Article a long day back. It openly supports corrupted , lootera Congress and its alliances. It also openly opposes the political parties those are building this nation. One day time will come people will say rediff is a paid media of lootera political parties.

Revision in MSP is a long pending action which could not be fulfilled by many previous govts .. in Y 2016, his highness Rahul gandhi demanded that MSP be revised ... MSP revision was factored in the fiscal budget in Y 2018 . With good GST revenue and well controlled fiscal, it will hardly have any impact on the Govt expenses. Of course the farmers will get better price and can support their expenses well.. This is better than the loan waiver which this gulati and firdauss are ok with when HDK declared the same in Karnataka... Cry babies like rediff and firdauss commie .. always cry ...

farmer income increase when they get more price for their goods it is a simple thinking. salary is increasing so how there income will increase ? with monetary donation that will go from taxpayer money. so sir you tell how the income of farmer will increase?

Gulati Sahib was at a position from 2001 to 2011 .He was Director at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) for more than 10 years but suddenly left(or removed) by UPA .What he has done so far is only on papers and writing ill against his masters. Can Firdaus tell we readers what are the significant achievements of Mr Gulati alongwith figures wherein he has really raised the standards of Farmers in India. The problem is that all sarkari employees without any real time exp and responsibility to deliver just want to TOM TOM on all matters. ANd platforms like rediff and Firdaus write all non sense/Mr Gulati what was your performance under UPA and how many farmers have made millions with your policy. Pl write all that. Jai Hind
