There was an article by DR Surjit Bhalla in the BS where he had calculated the loss on 2G spectrum based on the profits made by the licensees on actual data made available by sale of spectrum.The figure was somewhere around 115000 crores. The most sensible solution is to take that report and file the case against those industrialists (Ratan tata, Birlas and Anil ambanis inlcuded) for illegal gratification. The truth will come out. However this is an utopian situation because all these moneybags control the political parties also!
As the saying goes there is no smoke without fire. no govt organisation be it the CAG/CBI/VIGILANCE go against the neta without any substantial proof. If the netas were so saintly how come make crores in such short time and why did they not sue the CAG?
People like Manish Tiwari would be ideal participants in School debate teams where they can argue on either side of the issue as per the assignment. He makes a smoke-screen with his contrived language and logic, but has avoided the real crux of the issue. If he is gloating about the CBI court verdict, why is he ignoring the reference made by the Judge to the involvement of the PMO, while dismissing the case against D.Raja? Obviously, a lot is yet to play out.

Could you say the quantum of loss on account of demonitation to the Govt as well as individuals and in every sectors - companies etc. Still the loud mouthed personalities in power as well as RBI is silent. In general people forgot after some days/months - This is politicians success.

If there was no scam why the highest court of the country cancelled all 122 bids approved by UPA government ? The Apex court find the method of inviting bids as arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Indian businesses never had the kind of Lakhs of crores to pay for Spectrum let alone for bribe. These Business like Airtel, Tata, Idea, Reliance tool huge loans from banks to purchase Spectrum and now they are not able to pay back the Bank Loans and the result is huge NPA's. India companies are not that rich. They borrow money from Banks and then are not able to pay because they offer services for cheap like 1 paise/Minute etc. So how can they recover money?
Why just publish the 'clean chit brouhaha' of Congress people ? Why not publish opinion of the other side of the case ?
The Hon.ble court never said Raja is falsely accused or he is clean. The court only said the argument is shallow and no one took responsibility of the case towards the end.

By the way he side with Ruling coaling for Mud slinging operation earned him future after retirement , where as the reputation of India has gone down and friendly investment atmosphere ruined by the bay we lost employment generation , in total the government now is entirely build upon lies where they need answer common man for their irresponsible attitude
