Very true .All will file ITR within 3 lac where as monthly income will be 3lac . previously they could save St also thru bribe now GST has created problem.People talk about health etc how many of u will gv 23% of Ur salary for total health cover like Germans does.

Sure unless all political parties are brought inside tax tightly nothing will happen .Because if Industrialist have black they will pass this to political parties as donation and in return will take favor to boost his business and the chain continues.
This writer shown the pain for all those who was enjoying decade long practice of tax evasion.What we want as a citizen is a corruption free system and this is a part of it.
the fourth - and most important - reason for the govts laboured enthusiasm for extortion of small amounts unstated, which is to somehow divert the attention of many simpleton commoners (especially North Indian ones) from the fact that big time corruption has steeply risen during these 4 years !!
The BJP frantically hopes that a large enough segment of those simpletons might not notice that it has left the Congress party (the most corrupt party till about a decade ago) far behind in terms stealing public wealth routed through crony capitalists !
The BJP hopes to continue spending world record amounts for its perpetual election campaigning efforts without commoners noticing it !
After the tried and tested diversionary tactic of hyndus.....muxlim.....hyndus....muxlim..... chant, pretending to stop corruption is the most favoured one to fool those hapless north Indian commoners !

Yes, you will continue to divert the topic from the rather very uncomfortable fact that the BJP has been stealing massively from the exchequer to fund its lakhs of foot soldiers, media blitzkriegs, massive rallies with lakhs of people brought in buses, social media campaigns, etc !
Even if these facts are so apparent, you will still hope to prevent them from being discussed by continuously talking about small amounts for which the tax dept has been sending notices !

What u want intelligent person? Govt should allow corrupt system of sales tax where people like u can bribe a officer nd can reduce 1lac tax to 5k.
tax department is very rudely and unjustly handelling cases. There is no option if we are not accepting their demands of tax and we cannot give justification for tax deductions. There is no provision to claim tax deduction under sec 10 and sec 16 during tax returns.
