I suggest those who commit crime should 1st take UK visa & buy 1 way ticket to UK. Normal citizens don't get visa for a visit but criminals can walk freely on London streets. Its amusing that UK courts is so deeply concerned for wellbeing of Mallya.

Let him have western toilet but make him Murphy all the time during interrogation. After few session, he will forget to demand western toilet.
The purpose of giving punishment to a culprit should be to see to it that he feels some difficulties. Providing comforts in jail along with facility of furlough, where in jail inmates are allowed to visit their families for certain time, makes life of some jail inmates more comfortable than some people who have not committed any crime.
Previously vijay malya was a member of the Akhila Bharata Janata Dal, Mallya joined the Subramanian Swamy-led Janata Party in 2003 and was its National Working President until 2010. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha in 2002 as an independent member from his home state of Karnataka with the support of the Congress party and Janata Dal (Secular). In 2010, he was re-elected for a second term, this time with the backing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the JD(S). now the moot question is who allowed Vijay mallya to fly out from india

Absolutely true. I know of Kingfisher Airlines employees whose TDS was deducted from salary, but was never deposited with govt treasury. This is a criminal offence. This continued for atleast five years. Obviously the IT officers were hand in glove. They all ought to be booked.
