'RBI has reduced cash supply to banks'
by susarla suryaprakasam on Apr 19, 2018 10:51 AM

Earlier, all the 18 lakh crore new currency printed was sold in black by RBI STAFF EARNING IN THE PROCESS NOT LESS THAN 5-10%, SANS ACCOUNTABILITY. They have also helped India Inc. and other NPA customers by postponing identification and follow up action thereby draining even available securities for a commission of 1-2% and above. Thanks to Modi Sir.

Author does not have enough knowledge
by Narendra Pandey on Apr 19, 2018 10:39 AM

Author either does not know about the subject or behaving like Congress agent. The big benefit that the country has reaped is to increase its tax base. Those who deposited money in the bank during the demonetization have started paying tax understanding its implication. This is the biggest advantage this country has got from demonetization.

Blame it on BANKS
by kausik chattopadhyay on Apr 19, 2018 10:38 AM  | Hide replies

Where were Mr Thomas and his lazy bank babus when years after years they extended loans to political honchos, industrialists and even to the corrupt bank officials under collusion, thus accrued huge NPAs? why blame Modi and NDA govt? Why the cry for NPAs has become shriller now-a-days? As if there was no NPAs before Modi govt.!!!

Since Banks nationalisation it has grown over 7000 times in terms of business depends of individual bank. Till 2015 NPAs are between 1`-1.5% of total lending. There are many reasons for an a/c to become NPA. Of which govt economic policy plays a vital role.

NPA 2005 - 58023 Crores, 2006 - 51242, 2007 - 49996, 2008 - 55694, 2009 - 68213, 2010 - 81805, 2011 - 94117, 2012 - 137096, 2013 - 183848, 2014 - 251054, 2015 - 309399, 2016 - 566247, 2017 - 728740.

MISSING NOTES
by kulbir labana on Apr 19, 2018 10:37 AM  | Hide replies

The government's sole pre-occupation is in non-governance. love jihad and beef politics do not improve governance. They have no time for the actual problems of farmers in particular and the Indian common man.
It is high time they got a proper Governor of the RBI, and not a puppet.

Congress Cospiracy smelting
by BhagotS Bisht on Apr 19, 2018 10:35 AM  | Hide replies

The congress party is shrinking day by day. They have ruled the nation for decades. The main achievement of dynastic congress party is
1. They have divided Hindus in thousand pieces.
Now the day since Modi has taken over the rein of the nation the country is progressing by leaps and bound and this thing has become very undigestable for them. As usual congress always fool the countrymen with lolypops during election days. This game of their is over now. They are finding it very herculian task to defeat MODI in election so they always raise futile issues regularly with the support of their Communist friends, ISI agents, christian Missioneries, Corrupt Media Houses and Anti National forces and NGO's.
WAKE HINDU WAKE UP.

Lot of things are happening in the market
by Yogesh Murgude on Apr 19, 2018 10:22 AM

Before people have very little understanding, knowledge and news about financial market. So something bad is happening in the market not actually disturbed people. But due to mobile/whatsapp etc people are got bombarded with information. Actually many of the news are fake or written without much knowledge or thinking. People don't have actual knowledge but only information. They get panicked when they read such stories. This panic creates havoc in the market, and the outcome could be anything and no one can predict. Demonetization created havoc but people took it positively. Opposition parties thought it is a good situation to exploit but they failed miserably.

Till date people feel secure when they have cash in hand. So it the tendency of poor, lower and middle class people to keep enough cash in hand.

Same old mentality by bank officers
by Navneet Bhatnagar on Apr 19, 2018 10:04 AM  | Hide replies

When are the bank officers , like that of Mr. Thomas, whom a known Modi hater, Syed Firdaus, is interviewing, move to better things. Every one knows the pitfalls of cash transactions: benami, corruption ridden and non- transparent. Instead of promoting digital transactions, a bank officer like Mr. Thomas is propagating cash transactions. This is ridiculous. When will the bank guys give up their old habits and start moving in direction, where whole of the world is moving

Two, people, who are not remotely connected with banking, know and can appreciate that the government had come out with Rs. 2000/= nte to tide over the large number of old Rs. 1000/= notes, getting out of circulation. So why an unnecessary story is being created by saying that the govt. has slowed supply of Rs. 2000/= note. If some one needs a lot of Rs. 2000/= notes, it is being used for haording and unccounted transactions. Because if some one rightly had to use Rs. 2000/= or its multiples, he could have used normal banking modes of payment.

If rediff can not contribute any thing substantial to this objective, the least it or its paid , biased soldiers can do is NOT to indulge in hype creation and scare mongering.

When we analyse various facts and the attitude of BJP, the current crisis is another attempt to harass the people by BJP.

It is probably a creation by BJP, similar to the Nov-2016 Note-withdrawal, to gain upper hand in the ensuing State elections. BJP still thinks that money is playing a major role in the elections and hence, it wants to suck out the legal money out of system (while it has all unaccounted/accounted money, which will be used to buy votes) anyway, people already know even if it does not get majority even with the help of Election-Vinning-Machines, it would buy seats with the illegal money it has
