Yes.Kochar is a glorified bank clerk and if the lians given is not backed by recoverable assests both must be jailed.
If anybody pays to a glorified bank clerk such a large salary and perk, then they will try to do things of this sort.If this lady has given loans on proper security in terms of pledged assets,why can she not inform the public that she is not a scamster

Excellent article difficult to decide whether to laugh at the situation or cry in view of loss of public money. Integrity can be felt and understood. It can not be decided in a court of law. We had a king SRI RAM who deserted his wife bowing to uninformed public opinion and today we have modern kings and queens waiting for court verdict. May morality in public affairs prevail.
