There are 2 ways to do administration?
by V Nagarajan on Jun 13, 2017 07:41 AM

There are 2 ways to do administration?
1)Doing the right thing at the right time and right place.
2)Doing the wrong thing at all times.
There has to be method even in madness.
Unmethodical madness cannot be cured.

Bureacracy interest...?
by MS Vasan on Jun 12, 2017 12:25 PM

Country's interest is the only interest..
Nothing called Bureacrat's interest, politician's interest etc...
It is best if IAS is abolished and some other bureacratic system is inducted...just to bring fresh blood into the country..just like Demon..

Officers must have freedom to take decision. If they are taking decision which is not as per norm, a detailed note should be attached and duly approved by his senior.

INCOME TAX COMMISSIONER HAVING 10 CRORES WORTH SHARES
by newa on Jun 10, 2017 09:53 PM

WHERE IS THE HONESTY AND FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION AS PROMISED.

INDIA TODAY IS IN A VERY DIRE SITUATION AND BEWARE OF INTRA DAY TRADING AS IT COULD SEND YOU INCOME TAX NOTICES

AN INCOME TAX COMMISSIONER WAS HAVING MORE THAN 10 CRORES WORTH OF SHARES IN 2006 NOW IT MUST BE WORTH 100 CRORES AND HE WAS PREVIOUSLY IN THE VIGILANCE DEPARTMENT BUT NEVER GOT CAUGHT AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS LIKE HIM.

NOW A PERSON WITH ONLY 2 LAKHS OF INCOME IS BEING SENT NOTICE FOR 5 CRORES OF INTRADAY TRADING IN SHARES WHEREAS ACTUALLY HE USED ONLY MARGIN MONEY OF 10000 TO 30000 RUPEES AND LEGALLY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TRADE IN CRORES AS IT REQUIRES SEBI REGISTRATION SO INDIVIDUAL TRADING IN HIS NAME WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND HE HAD ZERO SHARES IN HIS ACCOUNT. HE ALSO HAS ALMOST NIL PROPERTY WORTH ONLY 4-5 LAKHS IN TODAY TERMS IT IS NOTHING.

WHILE THESE INCOME TAX COMMISSIONERS HAVE CRORES OF RUPEES OF SHARES AND FULL PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE THEY NEVER GET NOTICES BUT HONEST PEOPLE WITH ONLY WHITE INCOME ARE GETTING NOTICES AGAIN AND AGAIN WHICH MEANT IT IS PURE HARASSMENT AND THAT ALSO THEY ASK FOR RECORDS OF YEARS BACK SO IF YOU CANNOT GET THOSE RECORDS WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY BROKERAGE FIRM OR NSE THEN YOU HAVE TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. THE PERSONS BANK TRANSACTIONS ALSO SHOWED ONLY A FEW LAKHS SO CRORES OF BANK TRANSACTION WAS ALSO ONT POSSIBLE AS HE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY ALSO TO BUY AND KEEP THE SHARES AND HE HAD NO BLACK INCOME.

If the below mentioned law:
Section 13 (1) (d) (iii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA),
is scraped then it will be doomsday for our PM

People respect him just because he is trying to wipe out corruption.

If the PM indeed scraps the act he will definitely
falldown from the people's respect.

The noone should question a constable receiving a bribe of Rs.500 or the people receiving money for
voting to a particular candidate who gives the highest amount of money.

Employees are not masters of public.
by satya pal on Jun 09, 2017 07:32 PM

no employee of any rank shall be forgiven for failure to discharge his duties. There must be inquiry of his misconduct before he is terminated or retired forcibly .
Ministers also shall be responsible for giving wrong orders verbally. There must be inquiry by a judge before termination of any employee. upa ii,misters were involved in scams and no account any officer of any rank shall be punished.Minister has a team of advisers. If PM says he has been misguided then such pm shall be removed immediately.but party which comes to power has a hold on CBI. SO NO FAIR inquiry possible.shame that among 125 crore people of India,we could not find, honest and dedicated persons to work as minister.during congress regime people were not happy.therefore, people did not vote for them.India people have large hope for good results from modi ji government.

Corruption MUST Be Fought Tooth And Nail !
by rishi on Jun 09, 2017 07:15 PM

..........BJP-Led-NDA is fully accountable to a highly--informed citizen of the day and to an even-more highly charged millions of young women and men insearch of clean and honest livelihoods......bureaucratic dishonesty and corruption in high-places has a a naturally large and a negative chain-crating impact on the entire administrative and public systems....therefore, Team-Modi must keep an extra eye on the bureaucrats.

politicians vs govt babus
by common man on Jun 09, 2017 06:36 PM

in the name of democracy these two groups have made a nexus between them, the politician and the bureaucrats

poilticians will play the role of a BOSS but can not fire their employees (read bureaucrats/babus)

and

govt babus runs the real show (govt in terms of policies/programs) but they will abide and live under the shadow of their BOSS

both are safe, no one will act against each other, both will rule the masses.

PM -REIGN IN THE CORRUPT!!
by ashwani sharma on Jun 09, 2017 06:21 PM

"amends a clause that for decades has hung, sword-like, over their head: Section 13 (1) (d) (iii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), enacted in 1988."

INSPITE OF ABOVE CLAUSE , HOW COME SCORES OF OFFICIALS HAVE BEEN CAUGHT FOR CORRUPT PRACTICES? THAT MEANS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CIRCUMVENTING THE SWORD!!

PM IS ANSWERABLE TO THE NATION TO REIGN IN THE CORRUPT/CORRUPTERS / CORRUPTION IN THE COUNTRY.

IT IS HIS DUTY TOWARDS THE NATION. HE SHOULD TAKE A CUE FROM HIS DIFFICULT NEIGHBOUR CHINA IN THIS REGARD..NEW INDIA NEEDS STRONG STEPS TOWARDS BECOMING A CORRUPTION FREE SOCIETY!!
