PM -REIGN IN THE CORRUPT!!
by ashwani sharma on Jun 09, 2017 06:21 PM

"amends a clause that for decades has hung, sword-like, over their head: Section 13 (1) (d) (iii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), enacted in 1988."

INSPITE OF ABOVE CLAUSE , HOW COME SCORES OF OFFICIALS HAVE BEEN CAUGHT FOR CORRUPT PRACTICES? THAT MEANS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CIRCUMVENTING THE SWORD!!

PM IS ANSWERABLE TO THE NATION TO REIGN IN THE CORRUPT/CORRUPTERS / CORRUPTION IN THE COUNTRY.

IT IS HIS DUTY TOWARDS THE NATION. HE SHOULD TAKE A CUE FROM HIS DIFFICULT NEIGHBOUR CHINA IN THIS REGARD..NEW INDIA NEEDS STRONG STEPS TOWARDS BECOMING A CORRUPTION FREE SOCIETY!!

male fide acts ,disproportionate wealth and life style
by R ponnabalam on Jun 09, 2017 05:04 PM

Even by Poission distribution phenomonon the country will have enough honest people to take right decision.Let the Govt. dig out the disproportionate wealth and life style of Govt.emplyees.They will tell whether decisions were male fide or not.India gleefully reported 10% about one Sardari.Do we report like that about Govt .Offices.” One can't say no mistakes will be made, as at times facts are wrongly furnished or a decision is simply bad”What for officers are there to check ,verify?Find out the disproportionate wealth of people and disproportionate life style .That would tell the truth,Secretaries become directors in Pvt. Co.How? Amending that law will dig the grave for the country R.PONNAMBALAM

Amend it and Dig the grave for the country
by R ponnabalam on Jun 09, 2017 04:58 PM

The performance of the bureaucracy has been abominably bad.The entire administrative system is corrupt , the Govt. offices do not give acknowledgement receipt of the application or ,representation given to them, THERBY THEY WORK AGAINST THE INTENT OF THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT . Bureaucracy as the P.M. said about somebody else has
been BATHING WITH RAIN COAT ON.One M.D in a Public Sector company is said to have told the Labour Unions in 1982-83 ”PUNISHMENT CANNOT BE ESCAOED HERE.That company was working profitably.Whenever a decision is taken let that man expressly put in black and white as to why that decisions had been taken and let him put it in writing what are the reasons for and against that decision.,I was told this”In a public sector unit one senior officer of a unit-that unit was run efficiently with iron hand discipline whereas the company was known for all sorts of indiscipline - of that company was physically assaulted in the Public market for that township .The Senior officers represented to the head of that Company. That man who assaulted was dismissed .The matter said was “the head of the company had recorded in writing the reasons justifications etc as to why he had dismissed that worker immediately. If anydody is not confident of his integrity to take an honest decision the Govt.must relieve him from the Job.Private sector does it. "No dispensation can function if it continues."It is wrong.Even by Poission distri

Good but common man deals with class III and IV employees in govt. who are indecent normally and corrupt. He could not introduce hire and fire scheme for such non performers, unfit and suspected corrupts.

What pleasant

What pleasant thing in democracy, a person who hardly attended school is boss of the best educated. I feel pity for Civil Service fellows that they only enjoy corruption only to satisfy their struggle to get highly educated.

sir why you are answering to PS Shah as he donot know the reality and he is a nephew of AS who is number one ?????. he only know to praise govt and do not know what is happening in india today but he definately answer 70 years ruling he even donot know what was 70 years before. what is after 2014. during 70 years india was developed and it is enjoying of course yes simeltaneously corrupt also developed not only one party but in each and every political parties from the blessing of general public by casting their vote to many parties. If they think earlier we have to vote only two national parties like other countries to rule india then it is valuable to compare before 70 years and after 70 years. barking people never bite only playing games wait and watch every one will get employment till 2025. One thing you keep in your mind without corruption no political parties are working for only salary.2014 to 2019 present political parties are working for salary after that wait and watch. Dandekar, I am definately know more than you and my comments are on merit and not with bias mindset like you people. You have written very long comments but you do not know what you are writing or trying to convey. When you talk about promises and slogan remember the famous slogan "GARIBI HATAO " given by the Ex Prime minister representing your favourite party more than 35 years ago. I am not relative of any BJP leaders but one thing I can tell about you people that you have become depressed, frustrated ever since BJP has come to power and has no patience even to give them time atleast for one term to perform when the party you blindly support ruled the country for six decades. Modi is known for playing a long and successful inning and he will not be out easily and will be on the political scene for a longer time. Have enough patience and be prepare for it.
