Okay Modi is Komali. But your able people had done in past seventy years. Did they have done any planning for the welfare of farmers. They wanted these farmers to be kept as poor for their vote banks.

You are right. The Congress and the BJP are so similar to each other.

Both are foot servants of the biggest thieves India has ever seen, viz, the Adanis and Ambanis and such others !

Komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali, the useless, jobless, jealous man, Modi is experienced, successful, intelligent, mature person with great vision, foresight and he very well know what he and his government has to do for the people of this country. The people like you and your tribe can write only useless comments with bias mindset.Just think about the party you blindly support and ask if they have taken any steps to reduce the percentage unemployment in your home state. His party workers and supporters has given Modi and BJP an absolute majority to rule at the center while useless workers like you can not do anything for your party you blindly support which is rejected almost every where in the country.

Disillushment of farmers
by on Jun 08, 2017 03:06 PM  | Hide replies

Ever heard of farmers spilling milk on road, when so many people would have lived for it. Have you ever heard of farmers destroying their own products. It means what they have enough in their kitty, so that they can afford to destroy the produce. It means somebody else is giving them money to throw it away. Does this farmers think all others are foolish enouvgh not know this.
The oppossition political class wants to come to power so that they cna plundr and loot the country. NCP, Congress and its affiliated parties cannot stay out of power. The farmers also too carried away by their leaders talk. If there is a genuine problem about it, they shud have never spilled it and threw it away. By not gettki g the money andf throwing it means they are sufficiently well off, he nce they shud never be given any waiver.

I fully endorse.I have not come across any farmer who has committed suicide due to Bank debts. If farmers are to be given loan waiver why not all small self employes people like hawkers, coblers, blacksmiths, tailors and so many who does not have any assets like land etc.It is all creation of political parties. One more thing ..Govt. has no right to give away Rs 1 crore to a farmer if he is killed in firing even .. In genuine case of Motor accident it takes years to get a meagre compensation wherein the main earning member is killed for no fault of his. What about unruly farmers who burn buses, vehicles pelting stones at innocent people...They are no less that terrorists.Govt.should control them by all available means including using army

If suppose farmers loan is waive completely and given no dues certificate by banks and what will be the further scean, farmers will approach bank to have fresh loans and again ayter 5 years they demand loan waiver than what will happen with banks future.so this problem must see from all the angles because all money with goverment is of honest tax payer.

So, why not apply the same flawless logic to the immensely bigger loans given to the corporates ??

In any case, the corporates are in a much better position to repay them !!

Why is the govt trying so hard to write off such loans under the name of NPAs and by methods such as creating a bad bank in order to ultimately transfer these liabilities to the exchequer ?

Why ?

Just because those corporates funded the worlds most expensive election campaign (the 2014 LS election campaign of komaaaaali Modi) ?

To think rationally and to use your common sense, you need to be well informed about what you are trying to think about or talk about.

And apparently, you do not know a thing about what you are talking !

Which is why you are not saying what exactly is wrong in what I wrote and trying to escape with phrases such as feel at ground level !!

Any idea what NPAs are ?

Congress has ruled India for 60 plus years and we all know well what has been achieved. Now the entire nation has overwhelmingly voted Mr Modi to usher in change. How come Ashraf and the Congress are unable to stomach this? Do they have an agenda that is not in line with the common man's aspirations?

Inflation was at 10.5 when UPA was in Power now it is around 5. 2004 congress got 24 % of votes. in 2009 got 28 % of votes and loot india for 10 years. People gave more than 50 years to congress. but one family looted the country. what Congress couldn\'t do in 50 years you expect Modi to do it in 3 years. be realistic.

@ Ajatashatru : Ruling for 70 years means that there will be some good. If that was the case, why did 31% of the people decide to throw out the Congress? And if it is just 31%, how did it lead to such a decimated position for Congress in Lok Sabha. Being a doormat to Congress is your privilege. Dont forget that the number of scams in UPA II was so very high that people thought they needed a change.

I wonder how a person can be blamed for everybody's life style and sins committed by them.In fact new generation does not want to be a farmer ..Whatever is said about their life style is 100% truth for which govt. can not be blamed...But in our country if people die after consuming illicit liquor people will question govt..as if it is the duty of the govt. to supply healthy liquor. Can't reconcile this mentality of...we the people

Why should the farmers get loan waivers when they do not pay even a single paisa as tax.
why should the money paid as tax by the salaried class be paid as subsidy or freebies to the people who are already enjoying the hard earned money of law abiding tax payers.
these farmers are a pampered lot..........
I protest as a salaried tax paying Indian citizen that no loan waiver should be provided to farmers.

'Jawans' and 'Kissans' have always had respect in the hearts of almost all Indians. Shastriji had rightly said 'Jai Jawan Jai Kissan'.
In todays scinerio, there are many rich farmers who are not required to pay any tax and enjoying various facilities given by the governments which are not available to tax payers. Still these people are expecting govt to waive their loans and for doing so damaging the assets which will have to be replaced with tax payers money.
