Indians should have the courage not to look at US only . If they need us , let them come with a new system and make visa on arrival there for professionals US should be the loser . Why are we begging for US work / jobs ?
First Indian managers have to learn to respect other peoples' food by no discrimination in veg & nonveg. There are social barriers to surmount. Tough for Indian managers
few years back they say we are young company , average age is 25 , what happened now, that is not right slogan, now i am 56 only , i was also young at that 90' but i dont like that sentence,irritating sentence, i hate infosys and other it companies.
Murthy talks like politicns..How normal man can become so rich.. he has cheating his employees and made lot of money from H1B visa by paying there employees peanut. Now he is talking honest person..Its time he should spend time with his grandchildren not to advice IT Cos.
Infy after keeping their boys in US in h1b visa for 6/7 years. Instead of getting them green cards transfer them. Now they are paying for their sins? They have to employ locals at 1.5 times salary may be!!

They have earned enough money so far by exploiting young IT graduates by paying them the minimum salary all these years . It is time now for them to pay back the amount they earned by exploitation.

Murthy donates to US universities. He even hires a foreigner to translate Sanskrit Shastras for his million dollar Murthy classical library. All this money he got from H1B engineers in US whom he disown now.

He is not disowning, he is giving survival skills for MNCs. He knows that criticizing a so called president for such rules will not help MNCs, maybe you expected him to cry foul?
it is true infosys sending lot of H1B Visa, but no one is coming after stipulated years, infosys is going on extending their visa status, this irked Donald Trump,request infosys to send all indian who has gone to U.S on H1B from infosys, cognizant, and TCS who is staying in America, for more then 3 years, INDIAN PEOPLE ARE GREEDY AFTER MONEY
This will kick start software development in India by Indians. We can be then be only sending our engineers for going live. Long term implications shall be positive to India. No indian wants to go elsewhere if the same salary is paid here.
