This will kick start software development in India by Indians. We can be then be only sending our engineers for going live. Long term implications shall be positive to India. No indian wants to go elsewhere if the same salary is paid here.
When MNCs set up business in India, Indians think that jobs for Indians should b created. But when Trump says same thing, Indians are not happy. Its a double standards Indian mind set. If Infosys, TCS, WIPRO want to become a true MNC, they need to be progressive looking n Mr. Murthy has given a true response to Trump's executive order.

It is very very unfair to talk against a honest man who made software millionaires in his company.Request such languages are not spoken against a good humanbeing
There is always an opportunity in every challenge. Now is the time for Indian Companies to become truly Global and world class and not just providers of cheap Labour.
When he was at the helm of affairs in Infosys,he was the one who started all this.At that time he was sleeping or he never thought it would come to such a sorry pass. Now he has become wiser to advise the Indian IT companies after getting shock treatment from the newly elected president of USA.
Now murthy is having ADDAR Visa.. he can seat with Indian Politician and grab some more free land and convert it into his property. He has not done anything for Karnataka.. He will use one destitution student to work and extract lot of work and then through them out. How can he advice IT company not apply for H1B visa.

Narayana Murthy has said is right. The employment scene of the world should change. Locals should be recruited across, only then there will be a balance of employment everywhere. Every country has to generate employment for their citizens. Because of the benefit of sending people on other country visas, the Companies used to benefit a lot by paying less to its employees thereby devaluing the value of manpower. This became more easy because much of the students and citizens of the world especially Indians was crazy to get employed in US or Canada or UK rather than thinking of working in their own country like Indian just on the excuse that salary is not high or comparable with US when ideally there should not be any comparison. Its a good decision of Trump to stop issuing visas to outsiders.
Will it not disturb the mind of Indian New IT generation when you recurite only from Local US. They may be deprived of visiting US. Also Following the Trumps advise of increasing double the salaries applicable only to NRIs. What about Indian counterparts ,will their salary also become double? I am not having much knowledge in IT sector but Even after so many years still we depend only from US for IT business. Can't our IT genius group think of some different options to be stronger, why each and every rule of US still affecting. When we are going to learn to free from dependancy. I hope Japan & China also growing with out much dependancy from US. I may be wrong in all this ,But still some one can share their view.
