Infosys is a product of very hard work and sacrifices made by Shri NRN Murthy sir. None of those shouting dogs can be made ever equivalent to Murthy sir.
These kote sikkas come and loot and go...Please sir, don't allow a northie or a tamil to the board.. they will squeeze every thing and dump the co and vanish..

Or any other fit person.

Must have the inbuilt strength and authority to hit the hammer twice with "order" "order" to silence the ongoing circus.

He has to be a guy commanding awe and respect of all sides inside and outside the campus.

Surprised to see nfy founders not seeing the reality
by KARAN on Aug 23, 2017 07:14 PM

After demiting the next Office, with about 87% of public money, these founders of infosys are making a mockery of the scene they are in.Mr.Vushal sikka who brought in new vision to change infisys from a cyber coolie company into a product company was made to rn away becauae of constant criticism without any basis. To the public,we see only three ssues,Visahal salary, the sevetence package of Ravi bansal and aquisition of isreali compnay at 500 million dollers.Excepting for the sevetence package issue,it is very irritating to see mr.Vishal questioned for the aquisition, simply because Vishal is really great guy who could head a german company which not many can even attempt to dream. This task of changing the silhouette of a german company achieved by visahal is a minor miracle and infosys and india are the loosers becayse vishal will have produced world class products changingbthe image of a cyber coolie company.

Leading Infosys

Sikka was doing a fairly decent job as head of Infy. Now that he has been eased out, a person of the calibre of Nandan Nilekani should be brought back to restore Infy back to its pride corporate position. Any delay would result in flight of talent and business from the company. Any possible failure of Infy would be catastrophically detrimental not only for the IT industry in the country, but to the entire corporate sector. Infy, at one time occupied a very high place in the country for its corporate governance, wealth building for its investors. It is saddening to note that its promoters are causing its downfall in about a quarter century of the company going public.

Understanding customer and understanding technology
by chakr on Aug 23, 2017 03:53 PM

Marketing executives might understand customers but id does not mean that they should run a company. IT company should be run by people who understands, IT, technology and computer science. You cannot hire a person and just ask him or her to work on profit margins then you lose your actual share in the market. Any Organization that sustained for couple of decades should have invented products for future generations. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Indian IT companies.

Infosys is surrounded by hopeless board members including Mr. NRN, therefore downfall is inevitable. This is drama and was part of personal interest.
