Right this Bhadra is an old SOnia stooge currently under the payroll of PLA/Chinese.
There is no comparison between Gwadar port & Chabahar, the first is an operational port for the last 5 years, after China built it, whereas India though engaged with Chabahar from 2013, could not start activities as US had imposed sanctions on Iran & countries engaged with Iran. Thus India sat silently, afraid to annoy its master, even now things have not changed. China & Russia hardly care for USA & do what they desire, thus chances are either of these countries getting the job,if India still lingers on. The biggest problem for India is it does not have fundsn for its own infrastructure projects, depending on foreign funds(WB, ADB,JICA), which in case of Iran is going to be absent. China led AIIB bank would finance Chabahar port's construction, but maybe only when it or Russia gets the job.
