Government has announced amendment to IT Act as per which people can pay 60% tax on their own u/s 115BBE @ 60% and avoid penalty and prosecution. This means people with black money (who cannot launder their mon4ey) will in the end pay tax and save 40% of their black money which will become white.
This amounts to additional tax collection of appr 100000 crore tax to the government.
The moot question is whether all this was required to collect just a mere 1 lakh crore? The government collected appr 30000 crore in September 2016 without anybody getting inconvenienced. I think the poor daily wage earners will lose much more than 1 lakh crore.

It is the thinking Of some bias people who think they are highly intelligent, have very high IQ than others and think they are taxation expert.

what kindness.. out of 10 lakhs.. 5 lakhs goes as tax . 2.5 lakhs one can withdraw now and 2.5 lakhs can take after 4 years .??.. so only 25% is useful

There are 2 ways you can convert your black into white. One is pay 50% tax and keep 25% in Pradhan Mantri Garib Kaalyan Deposit Scheme (presumably with 0% interest).
Other way is to pay tax at 60% under section 115BBE and enjoy.

That is really kindness...25% he is getting inspite of frauds these black money people have done...also they enjoyed the black money all these years and created properties ...

Sometimes Modi is tough, sometimes kind.
He had no option left because money laundering was happening left right and center and he knew he (meaning IT dept.) will have to litigate for next 5 years.
