I am not understanding why all people are panic... Government had provided enough time to exchange & deposit demolished currency of Rs.500 & Rs.1000... and if any Indian is really feeling to end up the corruption & Black Money then its each & every citizens responsibility to support to the actions taken to end.. if some are saying that "why this hassle?" and "why to stand in queue?" then my answer is :- If you need a BIG Change then you have to face & neglect the small-small things or difficulties.. and for those who is saying that had taken leave for them government had already kept bank opened on these coming saturday & sunday, for the benefits of the peoples... JAI HIND..!
Those people who criticise the Govt. should think a little more deep. Had their mother not taken the labour pain, they would not have been with us today ? There is no gain without pain.

MANY PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR DAYS SALARY, WHO WILL PAY THEM COMPENSATION. IT WILL BE HARD SPECIALLY FOR THE LABOUR CLASS, FOR WHOM THE BJP HAS NO CONSIDERATION EVER.

This is so silly. How will people loose salary? They will be paid a day late but they will be paid nevertheless. People like you are the perfect examples of anti-nationals trying to spread canards, rumours and casting aspersions on good move, just because your politics is of a different brand.
Kindly do not sensationalize for nothing. Large number of people would definitely go to banks, make que and make noise and share various rumors even if they understand everything as we Indians commonly do while each one looks for opportunity to get money exchanged or deposited and withdrawn earlier to any one seeking every opportunity to skip the Que. I had been to the bank at 10'oclock, waited in a que to deposit money and withdraw Rs 10,000/. I saw the Bank manage(SBI) directing people to right ques and requesting them to be patient to bring semblance of quietitude, I could easily get everey thing done within an hour. I am sure that by the afternoon, there would be hardly any commotion and chaos, as all rumors will subside and people would get to know that there is nothing very difficult to get either the exchanged amount or withdrawl amount. The banks had done a good home work on 9th to meet all the exigencies. Each educated should come forward to help the uneducated orsenior citizens in the neighbour hood and poor so that they are helped to deposit their old notes or exchange the old currency with Rs 100notesor or the new currency. I would request the people of India not to listen to political leaders as they grind their own axes and look after their own vested interests and many of them do not want people to know the black money stashed with their parties. The President of India has expressed patronage for the scheme of demonitization.
...let us not play the victim, we supported black money and tax evasion, I was surprised who all were looking to convert their money it included, Doctors, even teachers running coaching and govt.employees politicians and bureaucrats are not the only ones who made merry all these years....we wanted change and rightly so then we have to accept the hardships in initial phase..... I think this will change they way we look at our Country.

I saw many comments from people which rediff quoted asking for advance intimation from govt about the change. bt they dont understand that advance information would have helped black money holders to convert their 500/1000Rs notes with lower denomination notes. this would have also resulted in shortage of lower denomination notes in market since entire money would be stashed under pillows/beds of black money holders ...

Did not the public like Jimit, Hitesh, Thimmappa give bribe in their day-to-day life...I would say they not only bribed passively, but encouraged bribe to get things in favour of them in many instances... THAT HAS TO STOP....For that they have suffer today oneday....Nothing wrong in that.....
