The situation described may be true for overcrowded places like Mumbai, Delhi and other metro cities but not for smaller places like Bhubaneswar. People for a cinema ticket or a cricket match can stand in Q or camp overnight at the counter but cannot undergo some hardship for the country. Great shame and shame on such reports.
