YES I AGREE WITH YOU. WHATEVER IS FISIBLE SHOULD BE DONE. AS IN THE CASE WITH SALARY TOO.ALL THESE STARTUP THESE THINGS ARE IN THIS WAY ONLY.

so what did khangress do all these years restructuring the loans and sactioning loans even after knowing that he was bankrupt.....
In India, there is no accountability and the rich and powerful get away like Mallya. He has fooled everyone and banks can as well forego all his loans. Similar with Air India, Railways, and state run RTCs. Has anybody bothered to check who is looting money? Why in spite of such a huge population traveling, every year there are losses? No accountability. Unless you have somebody accountable, Indian story will continue and people will keep you robbing and politicians will swindle money and park it abroad and the common man will suffer like anything.
Same SBI had hopes on Kingfisher Airlines.. then..

Kingfisher Airlines team does, what any serious enterprise does..
Why is Kingfisher targeted, while all Indian Airlines were in similar situation then?
Why stop an Airlines from flying?
How will an enterprise pay salaries, when agency meant to support the player is keeping it away from raising funds..

Enron, Worldcom scams shook US and immediately they came up with Sarbanes Act. You don't see such Scams again. Here in India it was Satyam, Sahara, now Kingfisher Airlines and many more will happen, still our folks won't wake up or frame a law to prevent such happenings in near future. This is the difference between the West and India....
