Necessary action to be taken for safeguard of Employees

Its too that greed makes oneself out of control to achieve what we dont even having the capacity. And this mentality helps the entrepreneur to hire employees of high value to exploit the market and finish with a mesh.
government should impose rules for the standard of pay for Pvt concerns too to get a control over the deficient market.

Why no one complained when they were the highest paid employees in the airline industry. Everything was good till they got salaries but they could have resigned and left for greener pastures when they got the slightest hint of trouble in the kingfisher airlines. They never did because they wanted highest salaries to be paid to them inspite of not working or sitting idle.

KF Dues
by Lav Vaidya on Mar 16, 2016 09:10 AM

Mr.Anirudh Balal, if you are reading this, please note that after a company’s liquidation, if any amount is available or recovered, first Governments dues are cleared, then PSU suppliers’ dues are cleared and then it is on “first come first served”.

So in this case first payments shall be made to clear Service Tax, Excise Duty, VAT etc. Then IOC, HPCL etc will get their dues for supplying ATF. Then your turn will come.

Hence you must apply to official liquidator in order to be earlier in getting your dues.
