If you check the papers most of the crimes in India are committed from theft to rape by people whose surname s are khan, Abdulla etc. You are just 13% of population and commit 80% of the crimes . so don't talk about the Bhakts... check your breed

Which way out for Vijay Mallya?
by susarla suryaprakasam on Jul 31, 2016 10:01 AM

To sell all his properties and repay the dues in full and final settlement, to set an example for all his predecessors or future-evaders. This is a minuscule vis-a-vis present-day top borrowers from Ambanis to Ruias to Jaypees to Jindals owing allegiance to BJP or INC etc. Time alone will tell.

what is corporate liability and personal liability? What is the concept of public limited company? How different is borrowing by a person and a borrowing by limited company? People ignore these and say he is bad.

Mallya has to pay.

Or his kingdom will be auctioned.

He can spend the rest of his life as a reasonably rich destitute out of Bharatvarsh.

And that's what the settlement sounds to be.

At least for the present.

He does not want to be detained the way Subrato did.

But whom doe he listen to, and when will he start reasoning. Mallya is a living example of "from heights of glory to depths of degradation".

Mallya should not play too smart. He should surrender, regret his mistakes and co-operate with GOI.Like Sahara Subrato Roy He too would be on way to "out of trouble"

Harshad Mehta surrendered and offered to pay dues. What happened to him. Govt told first take punishement, then we will see about payment.
