Mallya should not play too smart.He should surrender,regret his mistakes and co-operate with GOI.Like Sahara Subrato Roy He too would be on way to "out of trouble"

Harshad Mehta surrendered and offered to pay dues. What happened to him. Govt told first take punishement, then we will see about payment.

question is not only V.Mallya,if govt. does not have the will to publish other such defaulters who have taken (and not paid) loans taken from banks and other financial institutions.Govt. just cannot hide these people who are enjoying ultra-luxurious life style at cost of honest tax-payers" money.Govt.if honest and sincere towards the people of India must exercise only two options--either pay the dues or face harsh punishment..It's high time PM Modi take up this matter with utmost seriousness & order for recovery of all such bad loans...else,media

why would mallya care or need to find a way out, when he already IS out? his lenders are in a mess and not him. he is enjoying life king size at his lenders' expense.

You will find many times Govt of India name in defaulters list of banks along with Vijay Mallya.
