I feel that a person who is a brand ambassador for a cause has to be loyal to what he represents, If not it is the right decision to remove that person from that post. After all its the tax payers money

it doesn't means if anybody is phd then all you say will be correct, really it is not digestible that no body knows Amir in overseas market, then how Salman Khan was rated sexiest person in overseas under 10 its fake. Rest all political issue nothing else

In the online poll mostly Indians particapate, so certainly one cant be surprised to see an Indian winning an online poll like the one you are talking about(A killer of people sleeping on the footpath).

No need of Negative people

No use having a brand ambassador, who has negative opinion about his own country.

He can do more harm than good to the image of nation.

if you are to attract tourists from all over world first thing yoiu should ensure is law and order problem. a cursory glance in Mumbai around Taj Intercontinental reveal that the foreign tourists are briskly followed by the beggars and salesmen which may iritate them. if you have to safely sail over all these you need to hire guide whom it is very difficult to get genuine one.

Irony, Mr. Kant is worried about damage to the brand India; what about the product, India? That he is least bothered.
