I think many are getting carried away with tolerant and intolerant comments viz a viz tourism promotion. If India's tourism to improve first thing Government to do is to appoint effective and efficient officers to run the India Tourist offices abroad and today almost 11 o 12 Government of India Tourist offices abroad do not even have a head since the last almost two years. Similarly, the Tour Operators who are involved in the promotional work of India's tourism promotion to be encouraged. Further, we should increase our budget in reaching out the local media in each country India Tourist offices are located, both in visual and in print media. Today India with all these brand ambassadors receive a mere 6.5 to 7 million tourist arrival while countries like China receive almost 40 million tourist arrival annually.Amir Khan as Incredible India brand Ambassador has not improved the tourism arrival, and I do not think any other Bollywood actors coming as his replacement can improve India's tourism arrivals unless we take some positive steps. Many of them who writes these articles has no clue of what world think of India as tourist destination.

His contract expired. During the contract period his actions are factored to renew the contract or look for alternatives. What is wrong if people start assessing his behavior to the motherland and decide o see his movies in future.

Aamir is ethically incorrect in talking bad about India. Celebrities have higher responsibility towards the nation because people look up to them role models

What intolerance?

Aamir Khan has got it wrong. He was making movies and sleeping in crores in India and talking about intolerance. Which country has tolerance? Even in US UK and Aus foreigners are attacked. Africa is no exception. European countries bar refugees. It is running through mankind right from stone age. SRK talked about intolerance and Dilwale is flop. SRK's bad time started and he is finished. AK is next.
