India is the best country to do business!! The company law, income tax , public sector banks are helpful to those who run shoddy business. The big houses take lakhs crores from bank n keep restructuring n without paying?? Company law has fancy rules n reality there's no way of monitoring n any checks n any sentencing?? iT has special routes for these!! The honest business men are called don't know how to do biz in india??

There is an example in Hyderabad. A Social Enterprise Group based out of Hyderabad and Registered in Delhi has several Sec25 companies under its belt. Most of them have a subscribed share capital of about One lakh rupees while one or two companies have about five lakh rupees and strangely one company has One Crore rupees subscribed capital. If one gets into details of board of directors it is curious, intriguing and networked like cob-web. One or two Directors are very Interesting and curious persons. One more strange aspect is in one of these several Section 25 companies a small time employee but associated with top is A Director. If balance sheets are analysed and related among group companies, there appears a clear pattern and path of money transfers, transfers of surpluses made out of Grants received as at grant project closure and many such things amounting to money laundering etc. So many Social Entrepreneurs of repoot have perfected the art of Section25 companies and phudging balance sheets and conseeling fund transfers. Eks Corporates like Satyam Computers were known to float several companies almost on daily basis. All are in the game be it corporates or Social Corporates

Recently it has come out that all biz houses have lakh.crores loan from the natioalised n private bank. There are Adani, reliance, Tatas n many between 80k to 100k crores!! And there are others like mallya, Abg ship yard, Bharathi ship yard.. N many!! The banks write off the loans , restructure them n so on!! If yo want to di biz , think big!! The banks go out of the way.. Assets worth 5 crores are mortgaged for 50 crores!! There's no logic n principle, only corruption!!

Sarkar-we do not elect anyone, only in this country poor decides the fate, therefore no effort is made to control their population-great burden on tax payers.
The Uneducated ... They have no way of knowing about the wholesale corruption this govt has been caught doing and its non-performance , but worship the gandhi Surname..
The very poor .. These are the ones who are swayed by few kgs of rice under FSB and some money given under Direct cash transfers/NREGA etc is enough for thier votes
The minorities .. They vote enbloc and are Sold a lie that UPA is their only protector . They also have a hidden agenda... to cunvert the local popluation and are therefore scared of H1ndu-nationalism ..
The corrupt .. These are the ones who benefit from the current govt and its corruption helps them amass a good amount of wealth..
The Paid Media .. The media houses get a large chunk of the loot from the UPA . Most of it comes directly in form of Govt. Advertisements ( eg 1000s crore spent on bharat Nirmaan adds). See how the media rarely interviews MMS , Sonia or Rahul or asks them tough questions , but goes after each word Modi utters !!
So it suits the C0ngress to keep the masses as Uneducated , Poor , Communal , for last 65 years and Use the paidmedia as a loyal slave , to continue their loot.

You said it right. Our hero worship attitude and Lack of awareness coupled with Uncontrolled population explosion will ultimately ruin our freedom. This single family is the biggest leach on Indian Democracy.
No saint has entered politics I am firm enough after seeing Kejri episode- i.e. remove your adversaries or competitors shamelessly. What to get out of these disclosures are not known when the judiciary, police are all in the pocket of these political classes.

All these transfers etc is it just for control of Young Indian or for the underlying assets of the Young Indian. Can some body analyse and answer the following questions which can be relevant. 1. What is the Market value of the asset Owned directly or indirectly by Young India or through the Associated Journal 2. Can this non-profit organisation at any point of time dissolve and in that case what happens to the assets.
If by covert action if Gandhi's family is planning to take over a property either through control or otherwise that needs to be established and also how they have unscrupulously by circumventing the provisions by using loopholes.
Can any body offer valuation of the company? It may be loss making, but it is valued asset, when sold fully or partly may bring dividend to scions of Gandhi family
