I feel bussiness standard has lost its standard As a lay man i can say that being ruled by other countries for more than 100 years we had become third largest economy in world. what do you mean by inherited problems - please raise to you name which reads "Business Standard".
The biggest drawback of Jaitley is that he is not a Finance man,but a lawyer. He has hardly done anything in the past two years .He could not even get the GST passed.Stock markets have crashed. There is no growth in the economy.Anyone else could have done a better job than him.His performance is definitely below average.

Only silver lining is internationally low crude oil prices which constitutes major part of import bill & which modi claims is due to his kismat

but droughts are not his kismet.. all good things are his kismet .. and bad one due to rahul
Arun Jaitley with no knowledge of Finance(just like Smriti Irani as HRD minister) has ruined our economic scenario when price of crude oil was nose diving.
Benefits of such an historical moment was given to RIL and Adan Energy Ltd, we common Indians were forced to pay the higher CED and Cess. Railway fare and freight have been increased.
All social security schemes like MNEREGA, NRHM, Agri subsidies have been reduced drastically at the peril of rural economy. MSMEs have been left alone to fight their own battle in the sluggish market and denied loans from the banks.
Oveall, Jaitley behaved like a tyrant munshi(played by Kanhaiyalal in yesteryears' movies) who has no knowledge of finance and no heart of a minister of a welfare society.

if the govt does not have the money to run they will charge you by taxing you more and in that 7th pay comm is passed by previous govt than what they can do

when crude was rising govt used to give bond to this Oil companies now its time to pay them so this govt is paying the sin of the previous govt so you cant judge that FM is worst

AJ is neither the worst FM nor the best. Yes he is a lawyer and so is PC. In politics you do not need qualifications, you need networking. AJ is Modi's man and that is his qualification, he has never won an election till date, he will continue to be nominated from Gujarat. While crude fell from 123 to 35 $ , the govt just raised taxes while making ATF cheaper. He has cut funds to HEALTH, EDUCATION and MNREGA. MS was by far the best FM the country has seen, cause as a career economist, he saw through India's toughest times and introduced pathbreaking reforms. He will continue to be maligned coz he was never a good communicator.
Arun Jaiteley is doing his best in finance ministry, standing in adverse situation, growth rate of India is increasing, tax laws are modified,NPA of Banks is under control. Foreign investments are coming. Made in India is growing. Farmers have been given crop insurance. Poor are getting bank loan.

correct Hema malini looting 700 million property by paying only 7 million is not loot... and is not scam
Modi and BJP owe their success at the hustings to the solid backing of middle classes who toil and toil and pay their taxes, maintain law and order and discipline in society. they do not default in their bank loans nor are they present any special financial burden on the finance of the country. Mr. Jaitley has been persistently doing all it can to eat away at the middle classes by all ways and means at his command; increasing the petol and diesel excise duty, reducing the saving accounts rates, shadow fighting with the menace of rise in prices, doing little on the social problems, reducing the educational fundings, raising the railway fares, so many ways. that is why Mr. Jaitley is a disaster.

Fully agreed, sir. Really Mr. Jately is a disaster. See the cruelty, in the last Budget the service TAX was increased from 12% to 14 % with a single stroke. Then this service TAX was levied on Railway Tickets, o speed post servies too. He is snatching the bread of middle class people from all the corners. Finally they go for shopping in Bihar saying we will open the Govt. Treasure for Biharis, just vote for us. Chossing BJP seems to be a great mistake.

I Agree with you..Taxes have increased, Fares have increased but condition is getting worst!!

Then how is Jaitley different. He is doing same. He can't recover bad loans from industrialists nor he can put them behind bar (where will he get money to fight so many ensuing elections). So he is punishing us middle class people.
