The purpose of demonetization is to unearth block money and devalue fake notes.The reserve bank can not reveal some of the secret plans in the interest of public.It is not letting down the nation instead it is up lifting the nation by going in right direction.Only those who have block money will be let down and they they deserve for it.

do you know 90% of the black money is outside of india.? do some research..and do u know how much fake currency is in circulation 400 crores according to RBI which is nothing. get some education before having an opinion

Dear Above All, As per treaty with Swiss Government, who ever government in India can not disclose the names of account holders. So Supreme court (Highest court in india) cannot do any thing.correct me if am wrong.

You are right. Govt gave the names to SC but SC did not reveal due to Swiss Govt conditions.
If we reveal, Swiss authorities will never cooperate in future.
What planning he expects? Declare one year in advance that all 1000 and notes will be recalled for hoarders to manipulate? A surgical strike has to be done in the same fashion to be effective. 11 to Lakh crore return expectation was before the declaration of the amnesty to retain 25% in white, allow 25% as interest free lock in for 4 years, and another 50% as penalty and taxes. Is it not better than loosing all black money by hoarders? Illogical analysis by the author.

there are better ways to go digital, not certainly by bringing down the economy. huge impact, you will see in coming months. all direct tax collection has gone down and will continue to go down
