I request rediff to post this type of reports rather than junk armchair sensation mongering ones. Even if this inspires half a dozen people you have served the society a lot. (Pl. note based on the number of comments on discussion board even TRP may as well be good)

Farming economics
by rk gupta on Nov 19, 2015 11:17 AM

Congratulations!!!
Farmer is life line for all, it is the activity which keeps evey humanbeing to have his food. However, every activity has it\'s economics, besides pesicide(posion free) earth, farmer is getting his economics by getting double the price of his Organic product, can it be afforded by the masses? Wish in times to come it is made affordable for all.

Madhuchandran has shown the way to all Indians. Our P.M and F.M should know the ground realities and encourage them instead of opting for F.D.I which is suicidal for Indians on the long run.
Let good sense prevail in our politicians.

Organic farming and corporates
by rajan melekalathil on Nov 19, 2015 10:30 AM

The point is the organic farming when built up will be swallowed by corporates like Monsanto of USA or other like corporates and will be suffocated and killed unless the planning is so thorough. The corporates do not wish to grow the Indian agriculture they simply try to destroy all the original seeds and plants and try to provide gm version so that every time their seeds will be bought by the farmers at killing prices and the farmers will never be able to produce the seeds themselves. Mr Madhu has to take steps to prevent such calamity.
