First you say it is free wifi now you are saying that first 30 mins free. If you say its free, it should be free, otherwise don't call it as free. It costs. Do airtel and bsnl anounce that their service is free when they have first 300 calls free. Please do not mislead people guys.
Bagging and freebies should be banned in India. China has developed because both freebies and bagging are banned like. Can any private company provide employment without work? If not why people are not doing work in Govt. offices. If we are committed to do work without delay there will be no corruption charges and will forget Mr Kejriwal who has done no work while in office only due to the fact that he was afraid of corruption charges. Is taking pay without doing work is not corruption ? Mr. Kejriwal should think of it and concentrate on Health and education. If people are not educated and having no knowledge of internet what they will do of wi-fi.

This (youer comments)are ground reality which is undeniably knwon to the politicians who unlease such promises and play gullible on common men. Unfortunate for we Indians.
there are several IITns volunteers are there in AAP. They can sponsor a project to provided free WiFi throughout Delhi. There are several people from US and other places who have left job and came for AAP. They can develop a project for this. Why waste state money. The state money can be used for giving food and shelter to poor people
rediff is one chewt!a... what kind of system/software they have put as moderator... which doesnt understand the statement but deletes as per their whims and fancies or whatever...
focus export oriented industries to strengthen Indian rupee.........& earn more revenue to full-fill local needs of social welfare / employment for a poor...... create DELHI as international business HUB..........take help IIT Khagapur
