What does it mean " first 30 minutes "
Does it mean 30 minutes daily free and
above 30 minutes " at cost " How cost will
be recovered from lacs of Users ?

Youngsters who voted for AAP must contribute. Anyway why business houses would do I don't know. Let's see. I'd rather AAP talked about introducing work culture in today's youth than freebies. People r forgetting the worth of hard work.
