one thing common in all the pictures is that all the vehicles are in proper lanes with a safe distance. In India we have at least 8=10 lanes of vehicles in a zig zag form on a four lane road

Absolutely correct. I don't know where Indian roads went? Maybe they don't consider Indian roads to be roads at all
otherwise we would definitely make it to the list with atleast 5 enteries like Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Banglore, Surat and what not

Thats not at all true. I have been to 3 cities out of these top 10 and I can vouch that there it is much worse than here in India. Although bangkok is not mentioned here, it's much worse than any city in India.
With so much of gap in between cars/vehicles, cannot be called a JAM. Dare to beat Bangalore with bumper to bumper traffic? No way. Bangalore should figure first in this. Article needs a look in.

Forget about big cities of India, go and see some small town where traffic is not only bumper to bumper but also door to door!
