The junction looks great from Arial view but in future there can be frequent traffic jam there. If u look at the picture the traffic is merging the highway and then with in short distance the exit is there. If the traffic increases vehicles trying to join and exit will cause traffic jam. I guess the habit of India not thinking about future will not go easily.

You have not seen the dirty parts of New Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, and more importantly, London, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago besides other rich cities. Good maintenance requires a lot of care and work.

Just don't blame "Population". It all starts from "I". First you be the change and see everything follows. Sarcastically, i think "lonely planet" has read the news of swatch bharat program by Modiji. Hence, by 2015 chennai should be cleaner.

An excellent example of once upon a time a beautiful city......now dirtiest and most stinking city in the world where people love to live like that without revolting.

You are absolutely correct. Now under Narendra Modi, all Indian cities will look very good in the near future. You do not have the Congress party to swindle the economy and loot the country.
