Indians want their own kin to succed and not outsiders. Nadela, nooyi wouldnt have made it great if the Americans insisted that their children run the organisations

...and I thought that Modibhai was behind the success of adani group.
Paid news!
Anyway, in indian business houses, when is any outsider given a chance to succeed.

Good PR Excercise
by Nice Thinker on Nov 13, 2014 09:21 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Rediff,
Please put a disclaimer on how much you got paid for this PR excercise. This Adani guy may be a great acheiver, but its nowhere compared to the startup guys who fight it day and night to make a place in the market. We as your readers will never get inspired by such stories of companies, for whom the government has kept a backdoor open.
Please come up with some inspiring stories henceforth.

This is a typical article by Rediff promoting members of a business dynasty..
